ORGANIC WHOLE ALMOND PUREE

Almond has always been the "queen of nuts".

Symbol of life, fertibility and health, the almond is omnipresent in food of various civilizations, because of its nutritional qualities.

To prepare this butter, the almonds are dried by woodfire and ground by millstone at low temperature.

The drying improves the digestibility, and preserves the valuable unsaturated fatty acids.

Directions: It can be spread, but it is mainly used in cooking. Thanks to its essential amino acids, it is a good supplement to cereals. It should appear in the daily diet of vegetarians. It is also used to supplement the diet of young children.

Recipe idea: Spaghetti Sauce

Keep some water in the baking dish, add one or two tablespoons of almond butter, basil, garlic, pepper, salt and whatever you like. Stir and serve immediatly.
