COOKED PEARS

Peel the pears and cook  them in a skillet with a little olive oil, mix a tablespoon of almond  with raw cane sugar and the juice of the cooked  pears, add a pinch of cinnamon, mix well and serve warm.

PRALIN SORBET

In a bowl, mix the yolks of 6 eggs, 6 tablespoons of raw cane sugar, and two of corn flour.  Meanwhile mix 4 tablespoons hazelnut with raw cane sugar with 1 liter of water and bring to boil. Pour over the first mixture, stir into the saucepan and  keep stirring until thicken. After cooling, pour into an ice cream machine following the instructions on your device.

SPAGETTI SAUCE

Keep a little cooking water in the bottom of baking dish, add one or  two tablespoons of almond butter, basil, garlic, pepper, salt, and what  ever you like. According to taste, add a dash of  rice vinegar . Stir  and serve immediately.

ALMOND MILK

Whisk two tablespoons of white almond butter with a little water, add water until the consistency of a cream, then milk.  Beware, the almond milk thicken a bit,  stop cooking before you get the wanted thickeness as it thickens even after cooking.

SALAD DRESSING

Dilute a tablespoon of hazelnut puree with two tablespoons of water. Add a tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice, a tablespoon of soy sauce (tamari) and chopped herbs.

CASHEW NUT AND GINGER ICE CREAM

In a bowl, mix 4 eggs, 6 tablespoons of raw cane sugar, and a tablespoon of corn flour. Meanwhile, mix slowly 5 tablespoons of cashew nut butter with water and heat gently, then put a half teaspoon of ginger powder. Pour this mixture over the first one, pour everything in a saucepan and thicken, while stirring.

After cooling, pour into an ice cream machine following the instructions on your device. Serve with some whole cashew nuts on the ice.

MISO SOUP

Heat 1 liter of water (good quality) in a stainless steel pot, ideally, add a tablespoon of miso brown rice or barley, add a thinly sliced ​​leek, a carrot into small dice, bits of dry shitake  if you have any, and heat through.  When vegetables are cooked but not too soft, add one tablespoon of half whole sesame butter, stir well and serve. If you have some ramen, add them along with the vegetables,  it is even better and more nutritious.
