After a lightly toasting by woodfire, peanuts are crushed by millstone. This drying method helps to improve digestibility.
Directions: It can be used in confectionary, with honey, maple syrup or agave syrup. Mixed with a little water, it enhances a salad dressing or it gives a special touch to vegetables dishes.

Mix 2 tablespoons of peanut butter with 2 tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (Tamari), 2 of water and some fresh herbs. This sauce can be used with all kinds of vegetables.
