LOOSE ALMOND MILKERVE

Milkerve is a powder made ​​from almonds, whole cane sugar juice and einkorn wheat, which makes a drink called "almond milk".

The resulting powder is almost completely soluble in water, thanks to a grinding method that uses millstones. 

Using this traditional process eliminates the need for  freeze-drying, which would make the product completely soluble but would  oxidize and destroy the life-energy.

The colour is not white because  the sugar used in its composition is whole cane sugar juice  which is brown.  

We use a non-defatted almond and so you get the best of the almond: its unsaturated fat.

The einkorn wheat is germinated and then ground by millstones.

Directions:  Milkerve can be stirred into hot water, tea, coffee or added to muesli, cocoa ... (2 tablespoons per bowl).

Milkervé can be enjoyed by people of all ages!

Keep away from light and humidity.

Close the pot after use.
