HL Transit is a flour made of einkorn (85%) and rye (15%) (germinated, lacto-fermented, and then dried and ground by millstone).
Recommended use: 3 teaspoons a day, soak overnight (8h to 12h).
Stir and drink on an empty stomach preferably in the morning.
Treatment for 3 weeks.
Close tightly after use. Keep away from light and humidity.
