Fruit of the cashew tree, a shrub found across India, Reunion, America and Africa.
Cashew nuts are lightly dried by hot air in our factory. This method of soft and natural drying develops its flavour and improves their digestibility.
Then they are crushed by millstone at low temperature.
They are easily digested and tolerated by the most fragile intestines.
Directions: Cashew butter is mainly used in cooking, diluted with a little water. It is perfect with all kinds of vegetables.
Recipe idea: Avocado sauce
Peel an avocado, mix with a tablespoon of cashew butter, lemon juice, half a glass of water, a pinch of salt and pepper. This sauce can be served with salads and also replace the salad dressing.
